I’m trying to stay hydrated
So I got this water jug that helps you keep track of how much water to drink at a time. This is so much water to drink everyday. I don’t know if I drank this amount of liquid in a week, let alone day. This is probably why I’m always dehydrated, especially after exercising.

It broke.
This percussion massager gun worked well while it worked. But something broke inside and I can hear it rattle around inside. Perhaps I will have to get a higher quality one.
